Prices: At Discount London the price you see is the price you pay. All taxes and service charges are included in the price, and there are no post and packing surcharges or booking fees - there are no hidden extras.

Tickets: On booking you will receive a voucher by email (or fax if you cannot receive emails). Simply present this as you board the tour or at the ticket office. Remember there are no post and packing charges, because everything is sent by email. Full instructions on where to present your voucher are included in the confirmation email.

Internet Security: We take seriously the issue of Internet Security and utilise SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology where appropriate. All bookings are made via our secure server using the booking form provided, and a voucher is returned to you with our unique booking reference. This should be exchanged at the appropriate ticket office (or location) as advised on the voucher.

Menus: For groups of 10+, to ensure a high level of service it may be necessary to choose one set menu for the whole group in advance.
