Parties over 20 people must have a set menu (one starter, one main course and one dessert for the entire party) for dinner cruises. A la carte menus are available for parties of 21 to 30 on dinner cruises where they pay a supplement of £6.50 per person. All parties of 31 or more people must have a set menu for dinner as no supplement is available for a la carte dining for larger groups. All set menus must be confirmed no later than 8 working days prior to the cruise.
Dress Code: The dress code is smart to formal. Both ladies and gentlemen are asked to dress in a manner appropriate to a smart formal occasion. Sports shoes and leisure wear are not permitted. Please note Bateaux London refuse entry based on inappropriate attire and refunds will not be offered if a guest is turned away for not observing the dress code.
No children under the age of 13 are permitted.
You will have the option to upgrade to Fast Track entry on the London Eye when you select your chosen date.
All London Eye standard ticket guests wishing to see the 4D Experience would need to join the 4D entrance queue in County Hall with their tickets 45 minutes prior to their London Eye required time. The 4D experience lasts approximately 15 minutes.
