"The tickets were easily picked up from nearest ticket booth as we got off the train. What made it for us was the staff we met on the trip - they really made the day exciting and fun and you were made to feel so welcome.  What we really liked about the tour was the hopping on and off of the buses, no need for the tube.  Another aspect which was excellent was the staff members too that were at each of the bus stops as you got on, making you feel at ease and giving you advice as to what route would be the best to take and pointing out the little short cuts in London on foot that only locals would know.  We had an amazing time. My five year old daughter benefitted so much more from being up on top of the open top bus as she got to see everything and with a kids commentary on board the bus as well it was just amazing. We would recommend it to anyone who has children; we will definitely do it again. The river cruise too was an additional bonus, just remember to hang on to your tickets though, as the river cruise is hop on and off too!  We would highly recommend this trip to anyone who wants to have a real birds eye view of London, you are in for a great day!"
