The journey to Paris can take as little as 2 hours and 15 minutes now that Eurostar travels on the High Speed Line in the UK, now faster than air from city centre to city centre. When you arrive in Paris, enjoy lunch in a typical restaurant in the heart of Paris - 2 courses with a glass of wine are included. On arrival at Gare du Nord station both taxis and the Metro (subway) are available. Top Tops: Book early to secure the best prices. The further in advance you book, the more money you will save.

Please note that all Eurostar trips are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and cancellations cannot be made. We recommend that all customers take out adequate insurance to cover themselves in the event of cancellation. We are bound by Eurostar to sell tickets as part of a package for Leisure Travel only. This package is based on a minimum of two passengers travelling.
On receipt of your order, we will process the booking and then contact you by email with confirmation vouchers and full details of your package within 2 working days. Bookings processed outside of office hours will be processed on the first working day after the booking has been submitted.
AOL & Hotmail Customers - If you have not received your confirmation email:
Most of the queries we receive about non-arrival of confirmation emails are from AOL and Hotmail addresses. This is because the confirmation email includes an attachment to the voucher which AOL finds unacceptable.
If you have an AOL address, we strongly recommend that you put Discount-London.com and Discount-Paris.com to your white list as an acceptable domain and reservations@discount-london.com to be an authorised email address.
If you have already booked and have not received your confirmation email, please put us on your white list (as outlined above) and then email us to resend the confirmation, or let us have an alternative (non-AOL or Hotmail) address which may be a friend or neighbour's, or let us have a fax number, or a mailing address to send your voucher by post if there is sufficient time.
