  • As we are a working theatre, tour times vary due to performance schedules or sometimes take place during rehearsals (giving you an exclusive look at the rehearsal process!).
  • Guided Tours take place in all weathers.
  • There is no dress code, but we recommend visitors wear appropriate clothing and footwear as our tours take place outdoors.
  • Swan Bar & Restaurant and Cafe is located on site.
  • Gift Shop can be accessed via the main entrance and is open to the public all day (no ticket required).

Definitely would go again. The tour even though it only lasted 30 mins was just the right length of time and very worthwhile. As I discovered on my visit, some times they are rehearsing a play. This was amazing as I wasn't able to get tickets to a play in the time I was in London. The guide was very funny and knew how to keep his audience entertained, even with all of the different languages in the group. Thank you for an amazing morning before I went home.

My 15 year old and his Grandma really enjoyed the tour and museum. While they were waiting for the tour to start they were able to look at some of the costumes, which passed the time. It was a bonus that they were able to see a rehearsal taking place. Would recommend for all age groups.
