Everything was perfect Jessica, 23/11/2016 Perfect for a short stay in London. You see all the important places. The bus stops are easy to find. The guide at the bus is in different languages.
Open Top Bus and London Eye and River Cruise Penelope Karsch, 11/07/2016 (Mature Adults)Very enjoyable, i.e. open top bus and river cruise. London Eye not so impressive. Overall very expensive, especially London Eye.
Mr Prateek, 09/06/2016 (Family with young children)It was good trip definitely recommended.
Fantastic Service Carlos, 19/05/2016 (Family with young children)The purchase experience was great. Vouchers arrived quickly by email. Everything went well and no problems when exchanging the voucher for tickets.
Super! Tina, 17/05/2016 (Mature Adults)Easy, cheap, fast! We just bought our tickets online and exchanged them at the rides.
At the Original London Open Top Bus we talk to at very nice guide at one of the bus stops, who exchanged the tickets for us so we didn't have to go to the ticket office.
The busses goes all over London all the time. There is a bus stop at all the big (and small) tourist attractions. With the bus ticket we got a free boat ride on the river Thames! We had four different tour guides and they were all very good and funny!
The London Eye was beautiful, and we only waited for 30 minutes to get on it.
Incompetant bus tour clerk HEN, 23/03/2016 (Mature Adults)Everything was fine and my 8 member group was having a good time in London when I decided to follow the instructions on the voucher I had been sent for our booking of Original London Open Top Bus tour: leaving my group on their own to reach the London Eye, I went all the way on my own to the address by Trafalgar square to exchange for proper bus tickets. There a seemingly responsible lady clerk at the front desk having cast a quick glance at my voucher informed me that I had NO NEED of tickets and only had to SHOW the voucher to the bus driver. About an hour later, after alighting the London Eye; we had the unpleasant experience to be refused on the bus on account of NO PROPER TICKETS!! The employee at the bus stop was kind enough to call the office by Trafalgar sq only to be told the only option was for us to go back and exchange our voucher. My group was so angry they decided it was not worth it wasting so much time and energy!!! We had no problem exchanging the voucher at Coca Cola London Eye!!! SOOO DISAPPOINTED as it ruined my itinerary as we were bound to use public transport for the rest of the day!!
Great! Daniel, 19/03/2016 (Young Adults)Perfect for anybody who wants to see a lot of London in a short space of time. Bus tour is very informative and easy to hop on and hop off (also the tour guide was very knowledgeable). The changing of the guard walking tour was very good and ensured we got a great view of everything. River cruise is worth it for the views of Big Ben, Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge. Anything you don't see from the tours, you will from the London Eye!
Wish we would have had more time... Debbie W, 13/01/2016 (Mature Adults)The bus/boat/london eye tour was really good. We did feel like we missed out on the walking tour because nobody told us we needed to get off the bus and make our own way back if we wanted to do the 1 p.m. tour. Other than that, the only downfall was there was a significant wait for the next bus when we hopped off at Buckingham Palace. That led us not to hop off the bus again as we wanted to see as much of the city as possible and didn't want to risk another long wait while standing in the cold and rain. The boat tour was absolutely wonderful and very relaxing! The London Eye was simple to exchange our confirmation for actual tickets and the line moved very quickly....only spent about 12 minutes in line. The 4D movie after the ride was breathtaking as well.
Open top bus and London Eye Ana, 28/11/2015 (Young Adults)Another hassle free and value for money experience. Have used Discount London before and won't hesitate to use again, or recommend to friends.
Visit 25 August 15 David, 27/08/2015 (Family with teenagers)I thought the bus tour was really good and the narrator excellent pointing out all the sites with interesting facts. I thought the map of the tours could be improved by making the bus stops more prominent as we couldn't find one later in the afternoon after visiting tower bridge. I think another ticket office located at kings cross would be better too. The London eye was amazing with fantastic views across the city. Overall I thought the bus tour and London eye were the perfect combination to see the city I hadn't visited for over 20 years. Thanks.
