Your ticket for the circular river cruise will be issued when you board the bus.

1st March – 31st October
The Original Tour (Yellow Route): every 10 minutes between 8:30 and 18:00
The City Sightseeing Tour (Red Route): every 10 minutes from 8:30 to 17:20
The Museum Tour (Blue Route): every 20 minutes between 8:30 and 17:15

1st November – 28th February
The Original Tour (Yellow Route): every 20 minutes between 8:30 and 16:30
The City Sightseeing Tour (Red Route): every 15 to 20 minutes from 8:30 to 16:50
The Museum Tour (Blue Route): every 20 to 30 minutes between 8:30 and 17:30

The river cruise departs Westminster, Tower and Greenwich piers approximately every 30 minutes.  All times may vary on the day depending upon tides and trips may be cancelled in exceptional circumstances. Always check with cruise staff for any change(s) to advertised services.

From Westminster pier towards Tower & Greenwich piers
First departure approximately 10.00am, last departure approximately 3.50pm

From Greenwich pier towards Tower & Westminster piers
First departure approximately 11.00am, last departure approximately 5.25pm

Christmas Operating Hours
We will not be operating on Sunday 25 December
The Green Route is not operating on 24, 25 & 26 December, and 1 January
A Saturday / Sunday timetable will operate from 27 – 30 December
All routes will finish early on 24 and 31 December
There will be no Jack the Ripper walk on 24 December
Tour tickets will still be valid for 48 hours, except for those issued on 23 or 24 December, which will be valid for 72 hours (since there is no service at all on 25th).

What made it for us was the staff we met on the trip - they really made the day exciting and fun and you were made to feel so welcome.  What we really liked about the tour was the hopping on and off of the buses, no need for the tube.  Another aspect which was excellent was the staff members too that were at each of the bus stops as you got on, making you feel at ease and giving you advice as to what route would be the best to take and pointing out the little short cuts in London on foot that only locals would know.  We had an amazing time. My five year old daughter benefitted so much more from being up on top of the open top bus as she got to see everything and with a kids commentary on board the bus as well it was just amazing. We would recommend it to anyone who has children; we will definitely do it again. The river cruise too was an additional bonus, just remember to hang on to your tickets though, as the river cruise is hop on and off too!  We would highly recommend this trip to anyone who wants to have a real birds eye view of London, you are in for a great day!"
