Lovely Day

Our greeting on arrival was very pleasant, for New Year's Day it was a lovely way to spend. Friendly staff very well maintained and clean. It is a must if you are visiting London, the view is fantastic with great atmosphere.

London Skyline

Good value compared with other sites but still an expensive outing. Good customer service - very friendly helpful staff and great views. Luckily we had a clear sunny day so could see for miles. Useful handheld information gadget. BUT the champagne treat was served by a bored waiter in plastic glasses, there was nowhere to sit and enjoy the views - the 4 seats provided were hogged by individuals checking their phones! The Shard is an iconic London landmark - you have to visit at least once but there are other London view points just as good ( and some are free!)

We had a great time the discount London staff were really helpful as I booked late and it was a bank holiday. The shard staff each and everyone were so helpful. You were talked through each stage of the visit. The boys loved the speed of the lift. The viewing platform was incredulousthe telescopes were so informative showing how the view is in the dark how the future skyline is purposed and has London would have looked in pastimes. Being able to pinpoint the landmarks then learn about them was amazing .

Really enjoyed it, we went on bank holiday and it was booked at 11am. It wasn't busy which was great and you had a chance to have a good look at the fantastic views and take your time. The fact that it was "kids go free" week was just an added bonus as we could do other things while we were in London - really recommend it!

Took my grandson up twice once in daytime and once for the sunset. Great organisation. Great views and would recommend to all.

Took my daughters for the first time, one of only two attractions they have never seen, and they really enjoyed it and were amazed at being in the tallest building in London. Brilliant!!

Shard day out

Weather was kind and the Shard is magnificent, two viewing platforms and basic facilities for drinks and light snacks. I would recommend to anyone without a fear of heights. Ordering was easy however, what I didn't realise was although I'd printed the voucher off (names etc on) you have to the queue to get tickets? A long wait ensued and although there with ten minutes to spare from the agreed booking time by the time we got the tickets we were pushed back by 30 mins. This was not a problem for us but it did seem a little pointless wasting time printing the voucher as we could have turned up and waited in the same queue, the only part that it saved was handing over my credit card. In all though a very pleasant experience had, recommended.
