Arrivals:
Customers should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled abseil slot (the time should be on your ticket). Arriving after the scheduled start time means you may not be able to abseil and will not be entitled to a refund. There will be no compensation paid for consequential losses or other expenses of a related nature.
Please bear in mind that it is at least a 15 minute walk across the Olympic Park to the base of the ArcelorMittal Orbit structure from most nearby public transport hubs
We estimate your experience will last around 90 minutes but this can depend on numbers and weather conditions. HEALTH & SAFETY
