London Eye Pier (near Stops #13 and #20)
River cruises, operated by City Cruises, are included in all tickets with Classic Tickets offering a one-way cruise between Westminster Pier and the Tower of London (in either direction).
Departure Times:
River cruises depart approx. every 20 minutes in summertime and every 30-40 minutes in winter. The voucher for your River Cruise can be collected at any of the manned bus stops.
Walking Tour
The tour is guided in English and departs at 10.30am every day from Trafalgar Square (Stop #15 – red and blue routes) and will last approximately 1.5 hours.
The London Eye
By Tube: Waterloo is the closest tube station to the London Eye. Waterloo is about five minutes walking distance. Exit the station following signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross stations are close together on the north side of the River Thames. Both tube stations are a ten-fifteen minute walk to reach the London Eye. From the station, cross over Hungerford Bridge.
By Train: The closest rail stations to the London Eye are Waterloo and Charing Cross.
Waterloo is the closest rail station to the London Eye. Waterloo is about five minutes walking distance; take exit six for the South Bank and follow the signs.
Charing Cross is about a fifteen minute walk to the London Eye. Cross over Hungerford Bridge.
By Bus: Buses to the London Eye include the 211, 77 and 381. The London Eye is on most London sightseeing bus tours and on the RV1 route that connects the London Eye to the Tate Modern and Covent Garden

We did the tour with our 2 adult children and our 5 year old grandson (his first time seeing the London sights). He, was super excited about seeing Big Ben and going on the London Eye. Sadly we missed doing the river cruise because of delays on the tube in the morning and because there were delays on the bus route. However, we had a fabulous time seeing sights through our grandson's eyes.

Fab tour, easy to find the bus stops which are brilliantly located next to all of the main sites, we had the london eye and free rover cruise thrown in which was a great experience. Would highly recommend this trip

We had American relatives over and showed them around London by bus and river cruise which was brilliant. We also went on London Eye which we have done several times but the Americans hadn't and thought it was great.

Was a bit apprehensive about booking the London Eye and bus tour as I have heard a few stories that things go wrong; booking ticket invalid, cancellations, massive queues, only certain times of the day. But everything with my day was perfectly smooth! Downloaded and printed voucher, got it scanned and exchanged for tickets in the London Eye office. Queued for 10miniutes to got on the Eye. Then got the bus tour which saw all the sights and was really informative from the tour guide. Later, went on the free river cruise which was part of the bus ticket. The river cruise is one way which I didn't realise but drops you off outside Tower of London. A great day. Would definitely recommend this.

Really informative and entertaining. Once validated paperwork on first journey we were able to hop on and off at our leisure. Well worth downloading the app prior to travel. Saw and learnt things not known before - would be happy to book again.
