Perfect for anybody who wants to see a lot of London in a short space of time. Bus tour is very informative and easy to hop on and hop off (also the tour guide was very knowledgeable). The changing of the guard walking tour was very good and ensured we got a great view of everything. River cruise is worth it for the views of Big Ben, Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge. Anything you don't see from the tours, you will from the London Eye!

The bus/boat/london eye tour was really good. We did feel like we missed out on the walking tour because nobody told us we needed to get off the bus and make our own way back if we wanted to do the 1 p.m. tour. Other than that, the only downfall was there was a significant wait for the next bus when we hopped off at Buckingham Palace. That led us not to hop off the bus again as we wanted to see as much of the city as possible and didn't want to risk another long wait while standing in the cold and rain. The boat tour was absolutely wonderful and very relaxing! The London Eye was simple to exchange our confirmation for actual tickets and the line moved very quickly....only spent about 12 minutes in line. The 4D movie after the ride was breathtaking as well.

First time I have ever used this company and first time we have toured in London. I was extremely impressed with all aspects of company and service. Booking online was easy providing easy date options in what you want to do. Very welcoming when picking up tickets for open top tour bus day, guides and staff involved with tour was exceptional. Helpful and made travelling round London really easy. Colour tours were very good giving you lots of choice and loved the Jack the Ripper walking tour. Will definitely use this company again and recommend to friends and family.

I thought the bus tour was really good and the narrator excellent pointing out all the sites with interesting facts. I thought the map of the tours could be improved by making the bus stops more prominent as we couldn't find one later in the afternoon after visiting tower bridge. I think another ticket office located at kings cross would be better too. The London eye was amazing with fantastic views across the city. Overall I thought the bus tour and London eye were the perfect combination to see the city I hadn't visited for over 20 years. Thanks.
fastest and most comfortable way to travel around london

i've done the open top bus tour twice already - never regret every time. Although getting on the tube is the fastest way to travel around central London, no doubt that getting on the open top bus is the loveliest experience. You get to see the city scenery while on the move. Bus stops are conveniently located and easy to spot.
London eye was a great experience too! totally recommend to do it in the night, when the sky is dark and the London lights are already on!

Was spending 4 days in London end of July, would highly recommend anyone booking this ticket or any of the packages, all went very smoothly, bus was clean and tour guides very knowledgeable. We took the bus from lunch time and was able to use the river boat next morning to take us to Tower of London, both of which were very enjoyable.

No problems collecting the tickets from the tourist centre staff very helpful. Bus tour very enjoyable and informative as was the river cruise. Plenty of stops along the route very flexible for hopping on and off the bus. The London Eye was also good collected the tickets without problem although it is worth noting that I was asked for photo ID which not everyone may carry. The queue moved very quickly and it's well worth it for a spectacular view of the city.

Securing these tickets before leaving for our vacation was easy and convenient. The tickets to the Tower of London were easy to pick up and allowed us to use the Group entrance instead of standing in line waiting for it to open. We walked right into the Crown Jewels exhibit which was perfect! The office for the open top bus tickets was difficult to find, but easy to use. Thanks for a great experience!
