All vouchers were easy to exchange, though they do not save you from queueing for tickets. However, we were there in the week before Easter - quite a busy time, and nevertheless, there was not very much queuing to speak of. It was a great experience and Discount London a nice and easy way to buy ticket at a very good price. I would recommend it.
Regarding the Dungeon: This is not a Ghost train ride. You are guided through the various rooms by actors who tell the ghastly stories. This means that also the kids must be able to speak English quite well, otherwise it is not really worthwhile going there as they would not really understand what it's all about.
Fantastic!

We went as a big group of seven with ages ranging from13-51 and managed to entertain every single one of us, including the grumpy 16&17 year olds which is a miracle from anyone's standard, overall the best day out in years and great value for money!!
Excellent
