good value but confusing terms
mutzknutz, 21/02/2020 (Young Adults)
The attactions were as expected and good value compared to the face price of the tickets however the booking process was confusing.
The voucher was booked by a parent however as instructed the lead name on the voucher was somebody who was going to be there and they had a passport identity to show.
When the voucher arrived by e-mail there was a new condition that the lead name also had to produce a credit card in their name and this credit card had to be the same one which made the booking.
This led to a few worried people thinking the booking was not going to be honoured.
On arrival to exchange the vouicher for tickets, no id was requested whatsoever..
Get it right guys !!
Great attraction!

We loved the London Dungeon and the Tower Bridge exhibition. Great attractions to visit while in London.
Entertaining day in the dungeon...

First time booking through Discount London... The transaction was quick, smooth and the confirmation was easily exchanged at London Dungeon. The Dungeon itself was an entertaining couple of hours, learning about London's history and being spooked ans scared.
Excellence

As a family (youngest aged 10) we all had a great time. Bit scary but interesting and despite the queues it was worth going.
Quick and easy

Good service - clear website - good price and very easy to book and print.
We thoroughly recommend the London Dungeon even for French tourist who don't really understand English. It is very well done.
not so great

Firstly i'd like to say my dealings with Discount London was and always is 1st class
The actual visit to London Dungeons - The group for tour is to large and if at back it's hard to hear...what doesn't help was being grouped with a group of noisy French students with their teacher constantly sssshhhh them so as i didn't get to hear the majority of the tour i came away disapointed....through no fault of the excellent tour guides/actors

WORKS!
Lama619, 09/04/2016 (Family with adult children)
At first, due to it being quite cheap with two attractions I was quite hesitant and wasn't too sure about this site. Just to make it clear. IT WORKS! Great communication but was unable to use the tower bridge tickets due to late admission. But overall great!
London Dungeon & Tower Bridge

Apart from the slow start when you queue before the actual tour starts it was a really entertaining, professional performance. I was very impressed with the actors who genuinely made you believe they were the characters. Well done London Dungeon, I would certainly recommend you to other families.
Tower Bridge is worth seeing from a historical and also entertaining perspective as the glass floor is something else.
Tourist weekend

It worked a treat! Was expecting a little hassle or a bit of a wait, but neither. Walked into London Dungeon, exchanged voucher for tickets and straight in and same for Tower Bridge Experience. Overall, very impressed.
fast talkers!
Sian, 24/12/2015 (Family with young children)
At both venues the guides spoke very quickly. I'm English and struggled to keep up! The Dungeon, although each scene was ambient, didn't fully convey any real fear. The Tower Bridge Experience was ok...probably more impressive at night.
