Discount London- easy to book. Friendly staff at various busstops to validate QR Code and issue ticket. All straight forward. Big Bus Tour and London Eye- London Bus Tour was brilliant, hop on and off, running commentary very informative. London Eye, well organised, polite, friendly staff, queues moved quickly. Views on London - stunning. Lovely day out. Thankyou

I wanted to explore London on a budget and discount London did this for me. I got to see the city and its major attractions. The commentary on big bus is a fun way to learn. There were some issues with payment initially but they were able to sort it out. My boat ticket wasn’t able to be printed out separately but they still accepted the QR code from my bus ticket this did create extra admin and was confusing but overall with some minor issues I still had a fabulous day!!! The London eye is super fun too!

The river cruise was the best. The guide was really funny and full of interesting anecdotes. The bus was disappointing as there was no instructions on what to do. I didn’t realise earplugs were available so this should have been made clear from the beginning.
