Had no problems at all. Missed out on the free boat trip as it didn't say clearly that you get a free boat trip wit big bus pass.

London Silver Bundle: very good package price! Only disappointment at Madame Tussauds: 3 hours of waiting time (1 hour outside, 2 hours inside the building): only 1 of 3 counters open at the box office door 2!

We had a fantastic time down in London thanks to the extremely easy to use and very well signposted routes for the big bus tour bus. As for the London Eye, the queues to get on look massive but it moves VERY quickly and definitely worth the wait. Would highly recommend it.

Easy to get to Madame Tussauds, very nice to experience and also get 48 hours hop on-off bus tour and cruise on Thames. Great experience!

We had an excellent bus tour with this company. Collecting the tickets was easy then we waited for around 10 mins for the bus. Plenty of available seats on the bus but it did get busy as we progressed through the tour. The tour guide was excellent - funny and informative! The tour took about 2 and half hours. Our ticket validation was extended to 48hrs due to a promotion. The river boat cruise was excellent as well - well worth a trip. Would recommend the experience to anyone.
