- Do I need to register? Ensure you and all guests in your group have completed your race profile in the registration email before your session.

What time should I arrive at the venue? Arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the time of your booking.

What clothes should I wear? Warm and comfortable clothing is advised. A protective race suit and helmet will be provided. Avoid wearing anything around your neck that could become loose, such as a scarf or tie. Any long hair must be tied in a low ponytail and tucked inside your race suit.

What footwear should I wear? All participants must wear closed-toe footwear that fully covers the entire foot. Do not wear open-toed shoes, sandals, Crocs, or heels

Do I need to bring ID? Yes, please bring some form of ID.

What do I need to bring on the day? Bring confirmation of both your ticket and your completed registration. This will allow for a seamless check-in process.

What happens if I’m late? If you arrive late for your session, we can’t guarantee that you will get on track. While efforts will be made to accommodate late arrivals, there is a designated cut-off point beyond which entry will no longer be permitted. Missed races are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Do you provide a safety briefing? Yes, each participant is required to view a comprehensive safety briefing video before their race. Highly trained marshals will also be available to address any concerns or inquiries throughout the event.
