Securing these tickets before leaving for our vacation was easy and convenient. The tickets to the Tower of London were easy to pick up and allowed us to use the Group entrance instead of standing in line waiting for it to open. We walked right into the Crown Jewels exhibit which was perfect! The office for the open top bus tickets was difficult to find, but easy to use. Thanks for a great experience!

I have done this tour bus before and always loved them but this year it was a lot slower because there seemed to be roadworks on every street in london at the minute!!! This of course isn't the tour company's fault but they could maybe have tried a few different routes knowing this! Still great value for money! Madame Tussaud's was brilliant! The new marvels 4d was excellent! The fast pass is so worth it! Couldn't fault this visit!

We loved this tour and got a 2nd day free pass as an offer. The first day we took the entire tour and even continued to visit sights we wanted to visit in depth. The second day we continued to hop off and on to those sights we wanted to spend more time on. We loved this tour and thought it was a great value. The guides were wonderful.I would definitely recommend this further.

It was the first time I've used this website and I'm very pleased. I called to ask a couple of questions and customer service was really helpful. I've bought 3 tickets for Madame Tussauds + Bus tour and got the second Bus tour day for free. Everyone in London accepted the vouchers straight away with no issues what so ever. The package deals are really amazing, good value for money! I checked a few other websites but London discount was the best. It was very easy to book the tickets on the phone. The open bus tour was really good, the guide kept telling us about all the places on the way and very easy to hop on hop off at the bus stop locations given for original bus tour. We got a priority access at Madame Tussaud's which helped us avoid the queue and saved us a lot of time. Very convenient to just print the vouchers at home and easily exchange at the counters for tickets. We had an amazing experience. Thanks for making our experience worthwhile.
