Overall very easy to use this package, It was a great package.
Madam Tussauds was over rated I felt and was much too crowded to be enjoyed at any rate. It was difficult to move in the place at times...
I inadvertently booked the Tower Bridge Exhibition instead of the Tower of London, but my word what a spectacular error this turned out to be.. Amazing... Everyone really really enjoyed this experience.. We were a group of 2 adults and 5 children.. yes 5 children ( 7 to 13 ) experiencing London for the first time (well the children were).
The open top bus and river cruise were great (the guide on the river cruise was excellent and had us all laughing). We were unfortunately unable to hear the guides on the buses..and they did not seem to bothered about this either . The 48 hours was a nice bonus.
As this was our first trip to London we did try to cram in as much as possible but with children it would be a little bit cost prohibitive to be contemplating using the packages often.
Thank you though, your site is very user friendly and easy to navigate around.

First time I have ever used this company and first time we have toured in London. I was extremely impressed with all aspects of company and service. Booking online was easy providing easy date options in what you want to do. Very welcoming when picking up tickets for open top tour bus day, guides and staff involved with tour was exceptional. Helpful and made travelling round London really easy. Colour tours were very good giving you lots of choice and loved the Jack the Ripper walking tour. Will definitely use this company again and recommend to friends and family.

The best price and the best place to get the London attraction tickets. Take the printouts and exchange for the real gate pass at the venue. Very good service. Will recommend to friends and family.

I thought the bus tour was really good and the narrator excellent pointing out all the sites with interesting facts. I thought the map of the tours could be improved by making the bus stops more prominent as we couldn't find one later in the afternoon after visiting tower bridge. I think another ticket office located at kings cross would be better too. The London eye was amazing with fantastic views across the city. Overall I thought the bus tour and London eye were the perfect combination to see the city I hadn't visited for over 20 years. Thanks.
fastest and most comfortable way to travel around london

i've done the open top bus tour twice already - never regret every time. Although getting on the tube is the fastest way to travel around central London, no doubt that getting on the open top bus is the loveliest experience. You get to see the city scenery while on the move. Bus stops are conveniently located and easy to spot.
London eye was a great experience too! totally recommend to do it in the night, when the sky is dark and the London lights are already on!

Was spending 4 days in London end of July, would highly recommend anyone booking this ticket or any of the packages, all went very smoothly, bus was clean and tour guides very knowledgeable. We took the bus from lunch time and was able to use the river boat next morning to take us to Tower of London, both of which were very enjoyable.

We brought this bundle and all's I can say is it was real value for money, The Bus ride on the red route was really good and dropped you off right outside Madame Tussauds, the Yellow route was also good and the host on-board the bus was really good, Abby was her name and she knew her stuff and was witty as well. Madame Tussauds was quick to enter beating the queues, Tower Bridge was interesting and it was good to see the workings of this famous bridge. I would buy this package if you are staying in London for the day.
