The purchase experience was great. Vouchers arrived quickly by email. Everything went well and no problems when exchanging the voucher for tickets.
Super!

Easy, cheap, fast! We just bought our tickets online and exchanged them at the rides.
At the Original London Open Top Bus we talk to at very nice guide at one of the bus stops, who exchanged the tickets for us so we didn't have to go to the ticket office.
The busses goes all over London all the time. There is a bus stop at all the big (and small) tourist attractions. With the bus ticket we got a free boat ride on the river Thames! We had four different tour guides and they were all very good and funny!
The London Eye was beautiful, and we only waited for 30 minutes to get on it.
Great!

Perfect for anybody who wants to see a lot of London in a short space of time. Bus tour is very informative and easy to hop on and hop off (also the tour guide was very knowledgeable). The changing of the guard walking tour was very good and ensured we got a great view of everything. River cruise is worth it for the views of Big Ben, Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge. Anything you don't see from the tours, you will from the London Eye!
Wish we would have had more time...

The bus/boat/london eye tour was really good. We did feel like we missed out on the walking tour because nobody told us we needed to get off the bus and make our own way back if we wanted to do the 1 p.m. tour. Other than that, the only downfall was there was a significant wait for the next bus when we hopped off at Buckingham Palace. That led us not to hop off the bus again as we wanted to see as much of the city as possible and didn't want to risk another long wait while standing in the cold and rain. The boat tour was absolutely wonderful and very relaxing! The London Eye was simple to exchange our confirmation for actual tickets and the line moved very quickly....only spent about 12 minutes in line. The 4D movie after the ride was breathtaking as well.
Good value

Definite saving. Great to go to front of queue at attractions. Handy to get 24hrs extra free on bus, entertaining "live" commentary, but didn't feel we used this or boat to its best advantage as had to specify date in advance and 'over-booked' ourselves. Would recommend.

Another hassle free and value for money experience. Have used Discount London before and won't hesitate to use again, or recommend to friends.

Hi, all staff excellent, company first class, all attractions were fab and not a lot of waiting time.
Only one thing which was hard for us and i mean only 1...we had a one day ticket but were given 48 hours so a lot to do in that time and we didn't stop... Up and out by 8.00 to catch first bus.. Ok problem... The roads r so busy and it took so long to get around. We waisted loads of time. I said it was a problem but not your's or mine. We are in London and heavy traffic is par for the course. Road works didn't help. (We were told about that so no worries)
Like i said in the begining, all out of your control but we had to run to get were we wanted. So, so slow. Drivers were fab and very profesional and the tour guides.
Thank you we had great fun.

Review of Attractions Package.

Overall very easy to use this package, It was a great package.
Madam Tussauds was over rated I felt and was much too crowded to be enjoyed at any rate. It was difficult to move in the place at times...
I inadvertently booked the Tower Bridge Exhibition instead of the Tower of London, but my word what a spectacular error this turned out to be.. Amazing... Everyone really really enjoyed this experience.. We were a group of 2 adults and 5 children.. yes 5 children ( 7 to 13 ) experiencing London for the first time (well the children were).
The open top bus and river cruise were great (the guide on the river cruise was excellent and had us all laughing). We were unfortunately unable to hear the guides on the buses..and they did not seem to bothered about this either . The 48 hours was a nice bonus.
As this was our first trip to London we did try to cram in as much as possible but with children it would be a little bit cost prohibitive to be contemplating using the packages often.
Thank you though, your site is very user friendly and easy to navigate around.
